If your activation key does not work, we will test and replace it free of charge. Please include your order number and email address when submitting a support ticket.

Products are not refundable. If a key is not working please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will exchange it free of charge.

Receiving your replacement key can take up to 5 business days as we review and test the original key.
