After completing a clean installation of Windows it is normal to have to upgrade some of the drivers on your computer (especially with older version of Windows). We recommend loading these drivers on to USB or DVD prior to installation.

Most computer manufacturers have drivers avaiable for download from their websites.
Locate drivers on the manufacturer website using your computer model number.

Use a wired connection initially if you need to download drivers for wireless connection hardware.
